Terms of Service

Forrx.ai provides AI-powered phone answering and order-taking for restaurants. When you call a participating restaurant, an automated assistant may answer, take your order, and send it to the restaurant’s kitchen. You will be told at the start of the call that you are speaking with an automated assistant and that the call is recorded.

Forrx.ai takes and transmits orders on behalf of the restaurant. The restaurant — not Forrx.ai — is the seller of the food, sets prices, prepares the order, and is responsible for fulfillment, food safety, allergens, refunds, and any dispute about the order itself. Payment is made to the restaurant.

The assistant confirms your order and total before finalizing it, and sends a written summary by text where available. Please review that summary. If anything is wrong, contact the restaurant directly or call back and ask to change your order. Automated speech recognition is not perfect; the written confirmation is the record of the order.

Calls are recorded and transcribed as described in our Privacy Policy. By placing an order you consent to receive transactional text messages about that order. Reply STOP to opt out; message and data rates may apply.

Do not use the service to harass, threaten, or defraud, to place orders you do not intend to pick up, or to interfere with its operation. We may block numbers that abuse the service.

We work to keep the service available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. If the service is unavailable, calls are forwarded to the restaurant so you can order as usual.

The service is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Forrx.ai is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability arising from your use of the service is limited to the amount you paid to Forrx.ai, which for callers is zero. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
